Return & Exchange Policy

1. Overview
At Sonika Jeweller, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our return and exchange policy provides a fair process.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging, tags, certificates, and receipts.

• Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery items are not eligible for return (except in case of manufacturing defects).

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on sale or discount.

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

• Gift cards or vouchers.

4. Exchanges

• Items can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value.

• If the replacement item has a higher value, the difference must be paid.

• Only one exchange per item is allowed.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Shipping & Return Process

• Customers are responsible for safely shipping the item back (unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival).

• Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• Shipping charges for returns or exchanges must be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
