Return & Exchange Policy
1. Overview
At Sonika Jeweller, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our return and exchange policy provides a fair process.
2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging, tags, certificates, and receipts.

Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery items are not eligible for return (except in case of manufacturing defects).
3. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on sale or discount.

Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Gift cards or vouchers.
4. Exchanges

Items can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value.

If the replacement item has a higher value, the difference must be paid.

Only one exchange per item is allowed.
5. Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Shipping & Return Process

Customers are responsible for safely shipping the item back (unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival).

Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping charges for returns or exchanges must be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
